DUNSMUIR HIGHLAND GAMES (10 - 11 July 2004) Demonstration Match on the Heavy Athletics field (Oakland, California)

2004 is our fourth year at the Dunsmuir Games and serves as a marker of how far we have come. The field may not allow us to show off our full range of skills, b ut the central location on the Dunsmuir grounds helps us to introduce shinty to a large cross section of the attendees! We played both Saturday and Sunday during the Heavy Athletics lunch break, and spent the rest of our time talking with people at our booth, showing tapes of Scottish matches and spreading the word about our activities among other games participants.
